Senior Quality Assurance Manager

📢 WE ARE HIRING | QUALITY MANAGER – STEEL INDUSTRY
📍 Location: Ararat, Armenia
We are looking for a highly experienced and technically sound Quality Manager to join a steel manufacturing facility in Ararat, Armenia.
🎓 Educational Qualification
B.Tech / M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.
💼 Experience & Skills Required
Extensive experience in Quality Management within the steel manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of steel manufacturing processes, metallurgy, and quality control.
Experience in testing and inspection of steel products, including chemical composition and mechanical properties.
Expertise in quality assurance, process control, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
Familiarity with relevant steel quality standards, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
Ability to lead and develop a quality team and ensure consistent product quality.
Experience in TMT reinforcement bars and rolling mill operations would be an added advantage.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) function.
Ensure compliance with applicable product standards and customer specifications.
Monitor production quality, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with production, laboratory, and technical teams to improve product quality.
Drive continuous improvement and minimize rejection, rework, and quality-related losses.
