Senior Research Analyst

Role Description The Senior Research Analyst at Líderes con Alma is a part-time, remote role focused on designing, conducting, and interpreting research to support strategic decision-making. This role includes planning and executing market and social impact research projects, gathering quantitative and qualitative data, and applying statistical methods to generate clear, actionable insights. The Senior Research Analyst prepares reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine research questions and methodologies. Day-to-day activities involve managing multiple research initiatives, ensuring data quality, synthesizing complex information, and recommending evidence-based strategies aligned with the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to produce clear, practical recommendations.
Proficiency in research and market research methods, including designing studies, surveys, and data collection frameworks.
Solid foundation in statistics, including experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences in written and verbal formats.
Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours efficiently, and prioritize multiple projects.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or Business.
Previous experience in consulting, social impact organizations, or market intelligence is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a commitment to ethical research practices.
