Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance Social Media Manager located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, coordinating with internal teams for updates, monitoring social media channels, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. The Social Media Manager will stay informed about platform trends and best practices to keep content relevant and effective.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in social media content creation, caption writing, and basic visual storytelling.
Experience with social media planning, scheduling tools, and managing posting calendars.
Ability to monitor analytics, interpret engagement data, and adjust content based on performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and brand tone consistency.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines.
Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and current social media trends.
Prior experience in social media management, marketing, or content-related roles preferred.
Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
