Role Description The Germany Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on developing and managing Lingua Learn’s presence in the German market. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local marketing and outreach, building strategic relationships with corporate and public-sector clients, and coordinating learner enrollment through the provided e-commerce platform and CRM. The partner will manage local operations, align offerings with market needs, and collaborate with the Global Franchise Support Team to ensure consistent service quality and brand standards. Typical activities involve monitoring performance metrics, participating in regular online meetings, and implementing growth strategies to expand the franchise’s learner base and course portfolio in Germany.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage learners, clients, and stakeholders and to represent the Lingua Learn brand professionally.
Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities in the German language education sector, and inform strategic decision-making.
Training experience and the ability to support or coordinate instructional delivery and staff development within an online language school environment.
Proven experience in business development, franchise management, education management, or a related field, ideally within e-learning or language training.
Comfort working remotely, with solid organizational and time-management skills and the capacity to handle contract-based responsibilities independently.
Fluency in German and strong English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage in serving diverse client groups.
Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM systems, online meeting platforms, and basic e-commerce operations.
