Role Description The Italy Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on launching, managing, and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in the Italian market. On a day-to-day basis, the partner will oversee local marketing and outreach, build relationships with corporate and public-sector clients, and manage the sales pipeline to drive student enrollment. The role includes coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team on HR, operations, and academic delivery, ensuring that teachers and courses are aligned with local market needs and quality standards. The partner will monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies to optimize growth within the exclusive territory. This role is suited to individuals or organizations ready to operate an online language school using Lingua Learn’s established systems, technology, and course portfolio.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and the global franchise support team.
Solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market potential, track performance, and inform local strategy.
Competent Writing skills for localized marketing content, proposals, and client communications.
Training experience or the ability to support and coordinate teacher training and staff onboarding.
Background in education, language training, franchising, or business development is highly beneficial.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or managing client relationships within the Italian market.
Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Fluency in Italian and good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Access to suitable technology and infrastructure to operate an online business.
