Internship Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic HR recruiter interns to join our Pune team. This is a 4-month paid internship designed to give you real-world exposure to the recruitment life cycle, hands-on learning, and career development opportunities. Based on performance, the internship will convert into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for talent sourcing.
Maintain and update internal candidate databases.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
Support in creating job descriptions and posting job ads
Assist in onboarding and HR administrative tasks.
Participate in team meetings and recruitment strategy discussions.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, management, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet research
Availability to work on-site from our Pune office
