The Mission
We ship fast across web, PWA, and mobile. Speed is our advantage, but quality maintains trust. We are looking for a curious, high-ownership QA Engineer to test smart, break things early, and help build continuous testing workflows. If you love building, experimenting with new AI capabilities, and pushing the quality bar, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Automate core flows: Build and maintain web and API test automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
AI-Assisted QA Workflows: Turn PRDs and feature docs into detailed test cases and automation scripts using AI tools. Experiment with modern AI workflows to make testing faster and smarter.
API & System Testing: Validate APIs (REST/GraphQL), test integrations, edge cases, and failure scenarios beyond the happy path.
Cross-Platform Coverage: Ensure seamless performance across web, PWAs, and React Native mobile apps across multiple OS versions and screen sizes.
Triage & Pipeline Integration: Write clear, highly reproducible bug reports in Jira and integrate automated test checks into CI/CD pipelines.
Innovate & Iterate: Proactively suggest process improvements, test new testing tools/ideas, and adapt as our product evolves.
Who You Are
1–2 years of hands-on QA experience with an automation-first mindset.
Strong skills in Selenium and Playwright for web and cross-browser testing.
AI-Literate: Comfortable leveraging AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT) to translate specs into test cases, draft scripts, and build agentic testing loops.
Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate effectively across multicultural, distributed team members.
Relentlessly Curious: Eager to learn, open to testing bold ideas, and actively following advancements in AI-driven testing.
Proficiency in Jira for defect management, sprint tracking, and test execution.
Bonus Points
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Built side projects, products, or led tech initiatives/startups during college.
Hands-on exposure to our stack: Python/Django backends, React, React Native (Expo), and cloud deployment (GCP/AWS).
