Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a strategic individual with deep knowledge of gold loan financing, customer relationship management, and sales expertise within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving gold loan portfolio growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, managing risk, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the bank's financial objectives.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote gold loan products and services.
Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applications in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly gold loan disbursement targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Coordinate with the operations and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of gold loan documentation and disbursements.
Monitor and manage the gold loan portfolio to minimize delinquencies and ensure timely recovery of dues.
Provide expert guidance to customers on gold loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and associated risks.
Identify market trends and competitor activities to recommend product enhancements and competitive pricing strategies.
Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities within the gold loan segment.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights for senior management review.
Ensure adherence to all internal controls, compliance standards, and audit requirements related to gold loan operations.
