You read a drawing and already see the cut list, bend sequence and weld plan? Lead our NPD team and turn new designs into right-first-time fabricated parts for Indian Railways, IOCL and European rail and industrial customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Study customer drawings and specs. Check manufacturability and raise technical queries.
Plan the process: flat patterns, nesting, cutting, bending, rolling, welding and finishing.
Prepare and qualify WPS, PQR and WPQ. Control distortion.
Design jigs and fixtures. Lead proto builds and first-article approval on the shop floor.
Release a frozen process to production with work instructions, and train the team.
Support RFQ costing with routings, cycle times and material yield.
Lead a team of NPD engineers and drive down rework, scrap and lead time.
WHAT YOU BRINGMust Have
B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
10–15 years in sheet metal and heavy fabrication, including 4+ years leading NPD or process engineering.
Strong drawing reading: GD&T, weld symbols, sheet metal development.
Hands-on with laser cutting, press brake, rolling, MIG/TIG/SAW welding, grinding and painting.
Good to Have
IWE / IWT, CSWIP / CWI or NDT Level II.
Exposure to EN 15085, ISO 3834, PED/CE or ASME Sec VIII.
Railway, pressure vessel or export fabrication background.
