Role Description The Marketing Lead is a full-time, on-site role based at AINU’s Karol Bagh facility. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, patient acquisition, and engagement across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, overseeing promotional activities, coordinating with clinical and operations teams, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with AINU’s patient-centric values. The Marketing Lead will analyze market data, track campaign performance, manage budgets, and prepare reports and presentations for leadership. The role also involves building relationships with referring physicians, partners, and community organizations to strengthen AINU’s presence as a leading kidney care provider.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Demonstrated ability in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to plan data-driven campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
Experience in Sales and healthcare service promotion to support patient acquisition and referral network development.
Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, events, and local outreach initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Prior experience in healthcare or hospital marketing is highly beneficial, especially in specialty or multi-location settings.
Strong analytical skills, ability to work with metrics and reports, and comfort with marketing tools and CRM systems.
Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and readiness to operate in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Prior Experience in Hospital Industry is Mandatory.
