Performance & Affiliate Marketing Lead

We're Wiglo (wiglo.ai). We answer one question - will I get laid off?- honestly, privately, and never with a number. Tens of thousands have peeked at the early version; a rebuilt product and our first paid offerings land over the coming weeks.
We're hiring ahead of that launch. This is a build-from-zero role: for the first stretch you'll be laying the groundwork- partners, tracking, terms - so that the moment our paid product goes live, the revenue channel is ready to switch on. What you'll own
Our affiliate and performance-marketing revenue channel, end to end - recruiting and managing publishers and affiliates, structuring commissions, setting up attribution and tracking, and growing a pay-for-results line alongside our existing paid acquisition. You'll work directly with the founders.
What we're looking for
You've driven a real revenue or lead number through affiliate or performance marketing - and can talk through how, not just which tools you used.
You've set up affiliate tracking and attribution before, and know what breaks.
You understand CPL, CPA and revenue-share models and when each one fits.
You're comfortable building before there's a playbook, and you're straight about what's working and what isn't.
India performance-marketing experience; consumer or fintech a plus.
The setup
Hybrid (Pune based). You'll be early, close to the founders, and building something from the ground up.
