Role Description The International Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the corporate office in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for developing and executing international marketing strategies to strengthen RK Group’s presence across global markets, including the UAE, EU, UK, Australia, and the USA. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the creation of targeted campaigns for Farm Organic and InSpice in collaboration with sales, branding, and product teams. The role involves coordinating with international partners and distributors, monitoring performance of campaigns, preparing reports on market trends and competitor activity, and ensuring brand consistency across all regions. The Executive will also work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and quality standards.
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented International Marketing Executive to develop and manage business opportunities in the USA & Canada markets.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad(on-site)
🕕 Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST
🌎 Markets: USA & Canada
💼 Experience: 1–5 years preferred
Salary: 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new B2B leads and customers across USA & Canada
* Conduct international sales calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
* Develop relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and food companies
* Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples and commercial negotiations
* Maintain and regularly update CRM/customer databases
* Coordinate with the export, production and documentation teams
* Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets
* Prepare daily reports covering calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions
Candidate Profile
* Excellent English communication and sales skills
* Comfortable communicating with North American customers
* Strong negotiation, follow-up and relationship-management skills
* Highly disciplined, proactive and target-oriented
* Experience in FMCG / Food / Spices / Organic Products / Private Label / Export Sales preferred
* Experience working with USA or Canadian buyers will be an advantage
