Job Responsibilities
Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of home elevators.
Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs.
customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
Ensure safety standards and quality procedures are followed.
Guide junior technicians and support the technical team.
Maintain service reports and update job details in the company software.
Ensure punctuality, proper grooming, discipline, and professional customer handling.
Travel to customer locations across the assigned South Indian region.
Noted : Willing to travel to nearby locations and surrounding state ,
Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
3–5+ years of experience in the elevator/lift industry.
Experience in lift installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel and attend technical training.
Strong focus on safety, discipline, and teamwork.
