Brand & Creative Specialist

NAZR is building India's first integrated women's safety ecosystem through physical products, technology and community. Our goal is to make preparedness part of everyday life.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a creative designer to help build NAZR's visual identity across social media, campaigns, products and brand experiences. You'll work closely with the founders and marketing team, with the opportunity to shape how an emerging consumer brand looks, feels and communicates.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design social media creatives, carousels, Reel covers and edit short-form videos.
Create visuals for marketing campaigns, product launches, sales and website updates.
Design packaging, brochures, posters, event materials and other brand collateral.
Create B2B pitch decks, partner one-pagers and product catalogues.
Maintain consistent branding and an organised library of design files.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in graphic design, visual communication or brand design.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Canva.
Strong visual judgement, attention to detail and the ability to execute independently.
