Are you an experienced recruitment professional ready to lead a team and drive strategic hiring across multiple business functions?
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Team Lead who can manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, lead recruiter performance, and ensure timely hiring across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 5–15 recruiters.
Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to candidate joining.
Manage volume, lateral, niche, and senior-level hiring.
Handle hiring across IT, Sales, Training & Learning, Digital Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and other functions.
Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders.
Monitor recruitment metrics, recruiter productivity, and hiring closures.
What We're Looking For:
7+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Proven team-handling and leadership capabilities.
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
A target-driven mindset with a focus on timely closures.
Preferred Industry Experience: EdTech, IT/Technology, Staffing, Training & Consulting, Sales, or Digital Marketing.
