Korvia Smart is a growing electronics retailer based in Surat, bringing the latest home appliances, laptops and smart devices to customers across Gujarat. We’re building a customer-first sales team and looking for energetic people to grow with us.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to guide customers in choosing the right home appliances and laptops, close sales, and deliver an excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products
Demonstrate features of home appliances (TVs, ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, kitchen appliances) and laptops (specs, performance, use cases)
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Explain pricing, offers, EMI/finance options, warranties and after-sales services
Upsell and cross-sell accessories, extended warranties and bundles
Build lasting customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business
Maintain product knowledge, display and stock presentation in your section
Coordinate with billing, inventory and delivery teams for smooth order fulfilment
Record leads, sales and customer feedback accurately
Requirements
12th pass / graduate in any stream
1-3 years of sales experience in electronics, appliances, mobile or IT retail (preferred)
Good knowledge of laptops (processors, RAM, storage, brands) and home appliances
Excellent communication in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is a plus
Target-driven, confident and customer-focused
