Boketto is an invite-only travel and social experiences brand built for Gen Z and millennials. We bring people together through curated group trips, unique experiences, and a community of like-minded individuals.
We’re looking for a sharp, growth-oriented marketing leader to build our end-to-end marketing function and take Boketto’s brand and business to the next level.
The Role
Working directly with the founders, you will own Boketto’s overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and retention. We need someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can turn marketing into a measurable growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Marketing Strategy & AOP: Build the annual operating plan, define growth objectives, plan campaigns, and establish clear marketing KPIs in alignment with the founders.
•⁠ ⁠Brand Building: Strengthen Boketto’s positioning among Gen Z and millennials through compelling campaigns, storytelling, collaborations, and culturally relevant marketing.
•⁠ ⁠Performance Marketing: Lead Meta, Google, and other acquisition channels, optimising customer acquisition cost, lead quality, conversions, and overall marketing ROI.
•⁠ ⁠Marketing Funnels & CRM: Build customer journeys across email marketing, newsletters, WhatsApp, retargeting, and CRM to improve conversions, repeat bookings, and customer lifetime value.
•⁠ ⁠Budget & Analytics: Own marketing budget allocation across brand, performance, creators, and retention. Track performance and make data-driven investment decisions.
•⁠ ⁠Content & Influencer Marketing: Drive creative strategy, influencer partnerships, integrated campaigns, and content that builds both brand awareness and business growth.
•⁠ ⁠Team Leadership: Build and lead a strong marketing team, establish processes, and work closely with sales, content, and leadership teams.
What We’re Looking For
•⁠ ⁠7–10 years of marketing experience, preferably with high-growth, consumer-facing or digital-first brands.
•⁠ ⁠Experience in D2C, lifestyle, fashion, travel, hospitality, or other brands targeting Gen Z and millennials.
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of brand strategy, performance marketing, CRM, marketing funnels, and customer retention.
•⁠ ⁠Proven ability to build marketing plans, manage budgets, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills, commercial understanding, and experience leading teams and agencies.
•⁠ ⁠A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems from scratch and take complete ownership.
The ideal candidate: Someone who understands how modern consumer brands grow, connects brand building with revenue, and can independently drive strategy and execution.
