Sales & Marketing Specialis

Role Description The Sales & Marketing Specialist is a part-time, remote role focused on expanding and engaging the community for ✓ Opportunities in Sustainability. This role includes identifying and nurturing leads, promoting membership and services, and supporting partnerships with organizations aligned with sustainability goals. Day-to-day tasks involve outreach to prospective partners and community members, managing and optimizing digital communication channels, and contributing to marketing campaigns that highlight new opportunities. The Specialist will respond to inquiries, provide information about offerings, and support onboarding of new members or partners. The role also includes tracking sales and marketing performance, reporting on key metrics, and suggesting improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage community members and partners effectively.
Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management to generate, qualify, and convert leads.
Experience in Training or onboarding customers, partners, or community members is beneficial.
Background or strong interest in sustainability, climate action, or the Sustainable Development Goals.
Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM or community management systems is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
Prior experience in community-building, non-profits, or impact-driven organizations is a plus.
