📍 Location: 𝑨𝒏𝒅𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒊 𝑬𝒂𝒔𝒕! Mumbai (Near to Chakala Metro Station)
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬:
1. Candidate sourcing, screening amp; interviewing
2. 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐬 to improve quality and hiring efficiency
3. 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝
4. Handling 𝐏𝐀𝐍 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 across different functions and locations
5. Exposure to 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 amp; 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫-𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 would be an added advantage
6. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process till onboarding
7. Maintaining timely and accurate updates in 𝐙𝐨𝐡𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭 (𝐀𝐓𝐒)
8. Working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions
9. Working with 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬
10. Tracking recruitment funnel, conversions and hiring performance
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Strong sourcing candidates amp; Head hunting skills
- 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭-𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 with a track record of achieving monthly hiring goals
- Experience handling multiple recruitment channels
- Ability to build strategic sourcing plans for different positions
- Comfortable working on an 𝐀𝐓𝐒 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞
- 𝐏𝐀𝐍 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞
