MIS Executive

The MIS Executive plays a crucial role in the JVVNL Digital Twin Adoption & AI-Enablement Programme at ExcelR Edtech Pvt. Ltd. This position is based in Jaipur with travel to various circles as needed. The MIS Executive is responsible for managing the data backbone of the programme, which includes collecting, validating, and reporting on training, assessment, adoption, and helpdesk data from all 12 circles. The role requires transforming raw field data into clear, accurate, and decision-ready dashboards while identifying risks such as lagging circles and data gaps early on. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining trackers and dashboards for various metrics, collecting weekly data using standardized templates, and producing timely and error-free progress reports for stakeholders like JVVNL and GEAPP. The MIS Executive will also track progress against coverage targets, maintain helpdesk MIS ticket volumes, and ensure data is audit-ready for client verification. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Project Manager and Delivery Supervisor with ad-hoc analysis and coordinating with circle coordinators and trainers to ensure accurate data flow. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data validation. A keen attention to detail and a good reporting sense are essential for creating clear dashboards and exception-flagging. Proficiency in both Hindi and English is required for effective communication with circle teams. While experience in helpdesk or ticketing MIS and exposure to power-distribution projects are advantageous, a graduate degree in any discipline is a must, with certifications in Advanced Excel or Data Analytics being a plus.
