Chemist - Ayush (B.A.M.S.)

Role Description The Chemist – Ayush (B.A.M.S.) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will work in the laboratory to formulate, test, and analyze Ayush-based products, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include conducting routine and advanced experiments, documenting research findings, maintaining accurate lab records, and collaborating with R&D teams to develop new formulations aligned with Ayurvedic principles. The chemist will also assist in implementing quality control procedures, monitoring batch consistency, and supporting regulatory documentation. This role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills, including handling lab equipment, sample preparation, and adherence to safety protocols.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with experience in testing, inspection, and ensuring product compliance with established standards.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and accurate reporting of experimental results.
Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills, including designing experiments, documenting outcomes, and contributing to new product development.
B.A.M.S. degree or equivalent Ayush qualification, with foundational knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations and principles.
Understanding of organic and pharmaceutical chemistry related to Ayush products is beneficial.
Ability to work diligently in an on-site laboratory environment in Jaipur and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong attention to detail, ethical work practices, and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving research needs.
