Formulation Research Development - Pharmaceuticals

Role Description The Formulation Research Development – Pharmaceuticals role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves designing and optimizing pharmaceutical formulations, conducting laboratory experiments, and performing stability and compatibility studies in line with regulatory and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing R&D projects, documenting experimental procedures and results, analyzing data to refine formulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, production, and regulatory affairs. The individual will prepare technical reports, support technology transfer to manufacturing, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and products. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and participation in internal reviews and discussions to drive innovation and reliability in product development.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Research and Development (R&D) and pharmaceutical Research, with experience in formulation design and optimization.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and application of statistical or scientific methods to experimental outcomes.
Proficient Laboratory Skills, including handling of equipment, preparation of samples, and strict compliance with safety and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
Effective Communication skills for preparing technical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and presenting findings clearly.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, quality systems) and experience in formulation or pharmaceutical product development is highly beneficial.
Ability to work systematically, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate experimental records.
Prior experience in specialty chemicals or active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and familiarity with scale-up or technology transfer processes is an advantage.
