Job Description
ManavtaClass is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to connect with parents and students, understand their academic needs, and guide them toward the right learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective parents and students through phone calls and follow-ups.
Explain ManavtaClass courses, programs, and learning benefits.
Counsel parents on suitable academic programs for their children.
Convert leads into paid enrollments and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain lead records and follow up regularly with interested parents.
Build positive relationships with parents and ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹35,000 per month, based on enrollment and conversion targets.
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹45,000 per month.
Note: Variable incentives are performance-based and depend on achieving defined targets.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with parents over phone calls.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools.
Previous experience in academic counselling, telecalling, sales, or EdTech is preferred.
