Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, supervise workers and ensure the smooth installation and execution of CCTV, fire safety and surveillance projects as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress.
Manage and coordinate site workers, technicians and labourers.
Ensure proper installation of CCTV cameras, cabling and fire safety equipment as per project requirements.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients regarding work progress.
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site.
Maintain daily attendance, work progress reports and material usage records.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures.
Coordinate with the project and technical teams to resolve site-related issues.
Complete assigned work within the specified timeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
Experience in site supervision, installation, electrical work, CCTV, or fire safety will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of tools, wiring, cabling and site management.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Ability to manage workers and handle on-site challenges.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
