Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement through data-driven digital campaigns. Day-to-day activities include planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing initiatives across channels such as search, social, display, and email. The specialist will manage campaign budgets, analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and refine targeting to improve return on ad spend and lead quality. This role also collaborates with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align messaging, enhance conversion funnels, and support the promotion of Tezzonix’s IT services and certification programs. The specialist will prepare regular performance reports, provide insights, and recommend strategies to scale successful campaigns.

Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to identify target audiences, position offerings, and design effective campaigns.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to understand funnels, support lead generation, and optimize campaigns for conversion and revenue.
Candidates should possess analytical and data interpretation skills, including experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms dashboards).
Candidates should possess experience managing online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) and working with performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS.
Relevant experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally within technology, education, or professional certification sectors, is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines is essential.
