We’re hiring: Corporate Workshop Facilitator (Freelance) 🎯
Mejoric is looking for one facilitator to deliver a people-skills workshop series for a client organisation.
The role:
Run 4 interactive workshops of 60 minutes each, one per week, online and in English, for about 20 managers plus their leadership team.
Focus areas:
▪️ Decision-making and delegation
▪️ Coaching conversations
▪️ Clear accountability
Format: Games, role-plays and live exercises. No long lectures and no homework. Our co-host will support you in every session.
What we’re looking for:
▪️ 5+ years of experience facilitating corporate workshops (groups of 15 to 30)
▪️ A fun, interactive facilitation style
▪️ Leadership or L&D background (a coaching credential is a plus)
▪️ Comfortable working from our session outline
▪️ Fluent English and availability for time slots that work with India
