Role Description
This is a full-time remote Marketing Manager role responsible for driving growth and brand awareness for BeachClubs.ae across the UAE and broader regional markets. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage performance channels, and optimize customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies. Daily tasks include developing and implementing the marketing calendar, coordinating promotions with partner beach clubs, overseeing social media presence, and managing content across website, email, and paid media. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports and insights, managing budgets, and collaborating with product and operations teams to improve user journeys and conversion rates. The Marketing Manager will contribute to market research, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships to expand BeachClubs.ae’s reach and strengthen its value proposition.
Qualifications
Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with paid social, search, display, and email marketing.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
Experience in content and social media management, including planning calendars, creating briefs, and coordinating with designers or creators.
Solid grasp of brand management, positioning, and customer lifecycle strategies across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, prioritize initiatives, and work toward clear performance targets and KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or leisure industries within the GCC or UAE market is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build positive relationships with external partners and vendors.
