Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hauz Khas. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. The Recruitment Specialist will conduct interviews, evaluate candidate fit for various roles, and support hiring managers with selection decisions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting onboarding activities, coordinating training needs with internal teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience with end-to-end talent acquisition.
Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills to help new team members integrate smoothly.
Relevant experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition or HR professional, preferably in professional services or finance-related sectors.
Ability to work on-site in Hauz Khas, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
