Web Developer

Role Description This is a part-time, remote Web Developer role. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and sites that support Venofa Teq LTD’s academy, consulting services, and digital products. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and integrating back-end services, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. The role involves collaborating with designers, trainers, product managers, and consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The Web Developer will participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Qualifications
Strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience building modern web applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design, including responsive layouts and user-focused interfaces.
Experience in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team, managing time and tasks independently.
Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and testing for web applications.
Relevant technical training or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with startups, SMEs, or training/academy environments is an added advantage.
