Counter Sales Executive

Job Summary
The Counter Sales Executive will assist customers visiting the showroom, explain product features and pricing, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and orders, and support daily sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to learn about interior products.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and available options.
Handle customer inquiries and recommend suitable products based on their needs and budget.
Prepare quotations, assist with order processing, and maintain accurate sales records.
Support showroom sales activities and work toward achieving sales targets.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth customer service and order handling.
Maintain a professional and organized showroom environment.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic numerical skills for pricing, quotations, and order processing.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Interest in retail sales, showroom sales, or interior products is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is an added advantage.
Salary And Benefits
Monthly salary of ₹15,000 – ₹22,000, depending on skills and experience.
Attendance bonus available.
Two full Sundays off per month.
Two additional half-day Sundays off per month.

Boys: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Girls: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
