Role Description The Post Sale Operation Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end post-sales processes to ensure a smooth experience for enrolled learners and institutional partners. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and includes coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining accurate records of enrollments, and tracking program progress. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues related to course access, scheduling, and certification, and providing timely updates to stakeholders. The executive will collaborate with training, marketing, and finance teams to align post-sale operations with program objectives, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement. Regular reporting, documentation, and adherence to organizational service standards are core components of day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong post-sales operations, customer service, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple learner accounts and stakeholder interactions efficiently.
Proficiency in data entry, record management, and basic reporting using spreadsheets and CRM or learning management systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional email handling.
Basic understanding of training or education services, with the ability to quickly learn program structures, timelines, and requirements.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
Ability to work on-site in Noida in a collaborative team environment and adapt to evolving operational needs.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in post-sales support, operations, or academic coordination, and familiarity with online training platforms.
Graduate degree in any discipline; a focus in business, management, or related fields is an advantage.
