Company Description
Tripple One Solutions, a division of Course Yard Solutions Private Limited, is dedicated to bridging the gap between education and industry through comprehensive online industrial training and internship programs.
Compesation Details-
1. HR Intern
CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance and interview evaluation)
Nature: Internship (Full-time)
Duration: 4-6 months (extendable or convertible to full-time based on performance)
2. HR Executive
CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month during probation (based on experience and skillset)
Nature: Full-time employment
Probation Period: 4 months
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Plan and execute campus drives and placement activities.
Build and manage candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
Coordinate with institutes and placement cells for hiring.
Support HR operations, policy adherence, and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment and campus hiring.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field .
