GTM Engineer (Outbound) — Enrich Labs
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite) | Looking for Immediate Joiners
The role
You will own outbound for InboxKit and SendKit end to end: from building the target list to booking the meeting. That means TAM and list building, enrichment, copy, sending on cold email and LinkedIn, deliverability, automation and weekly reporting. You report to the Head of GTM and hand warm leads to the sales rep.
Responsibilities
TAM and list building
Build and maintain the TAM across Tiers 1–4: cold email agencies, AI-SDR companies, intent lists and demand-gen segments.
Source leads from signals: competitor followers, LinkedIn engagers of influencer posts, job changers, hiring for sales, recent funding, techstack users, website visitors.
Qualify companies and people with AI agents, and spot-check samples before anything goes live.
Enrichment and verification
Run enrichment waterfalls (Clay, Bitscale, Prospeo, Enrich, Discolike) to find decision makers, emails and mobiles.
Verify every list before sending; keep bounce rate at or under 3%.
Suppress customers, competitors, do-not-contact and leads already in a sales conversation.
Campaigns and copy
Launch at least 3 new campaigns a week, at least one per tier, each with a clear persona, pain point and offer.
Write and A/B test sequences and AI personalization; kill any campaign whose EPP is over 2x target after 1,500 sends.
Map every campaign to the right offer and reply agent (audit, DFY, Azure tenant, POC, white-label).
LinkedIn and multichannel
Run LinkedIn outreach (HeyReach) alongside email for Tier 1 and Dream 100 accounts.
Support ABM and trigger-based 1:1 plays with the sales rep.
Infrastructure and deliverability
Manage domains, mailboxes and warmup; use the full sending capacity of healthy mailboxes every day.
Monitor placement, blacklists and bounces; rotate or pause infrastructure before results drop.
Automation
Build and maintain the outbound pipelines in code (Python, APIs, webhooks, cron jobs) so list building, routing and reporting run without manual work.
Route positive replies and unpaid signups into Attio and the sales pipeline.
Reporting
Fill the KPI sheet daily by 11am IST and post the weekly review every Monday: numbers, top 3 learnings and next week’s launch plan.
Track results by tier and campaign through to meetings, signups and revenue.

The north star is positive replies per week at a low Emails Per Positive (EPP).
