Job Description
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to identify potential business clients, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals for our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
* Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other platforms.
* Pitch digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, SEO, and advertising services.
* Schedule client meetings and understand business requirements.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
* Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain sales reports and update the CRM.
Requirements
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation.
* Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals.
* Experience in digital marketing sales is an advantage.
* Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
Compensation & Benefits
* Fixed monthly salary of ₹30,000, subject to the agreed employment terms.
* Additional 30% commission on successfully closed deals, as per the company’s commission policy.
