*About the Role*
Paraah Style Studio is looking for a Business Development Executive to lead customer consultation calls and turn interested customers into orders. Leads are already qualified and scheduled for you, so your focus is the conversation and the conversion.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Conduct consultation calls with prospective customers to understand their needs and style preferences
• Recommend the right services and guide customers to a purchase decision
• Handle questions and objections to convert consultations into sales
• Share customer feedback and common objections with the marketing and product teams
*Requirements*
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Exposure to D2C or service-based sales is preferred
• Strong conversion mindset, with a track record or clear interest in turning conversations into sales
• Excellent verbal communication and a confident, friendly phone presence
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
*Good to Have*
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or styling
• Experience selling through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Shopify
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics
