SurePass Technologies is a digital identity verification and API solutions company helping businesses simplify KYC, identity verification, financial verification, document verification, and digital onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
🔹 Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
🔹 Conduct candidate screening and initial HR interviews.
🔹 Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring pipeline.
🔹 Handle salary negotiations, offer management, and candidate follow-ups.
🔹 Manage employee onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation.
🔹 Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR operations.
🔹 Assist with HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2–5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
✅ Excellent candidate-handling, coordination, and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
✅ Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
✅ A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
