SurePass Technologies is a digital identity verification and API solutions company helping businesses simplify KYC, identity verification, financial verification, document verification, and digital onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
Conduct candidate screening and initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring pipeline.
Handle salary negotiations, offer management, and candidate follow-ups.
Manage employee onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation.
Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR operations.
Assist with HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent candidate-handling, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
