POSITION: Field Data Collector
OPPORTUNITY TYPE: Independent Contractor (1099 / Business Entity)
SCHEDULE: Flexible / Pre-Scheduled Appointments (Accept or Decline Based on Your Availability)
COMPENSATION: Paid per completed assignment on a monthly schedule. Payment for each month's completed work is issued by the 15th of the following month.

3PI Services has supported institutional clients across NYC since 2011. We're seeking qualified professionals. Real estate pros and experienced field data collectors may find this opportunity a good fit. (This is a field data collection role, not a home inspection role.)
Set your own schedule by choosing the assignments that work for you. We do not guarantee work; as our company receives work, we offer it out accordingly, and our top performers may see higher volume.
FIELD TASKS & EXPECTED WORKFLOW
RECEIVE ASSIGNMENTS: Review pre-scheduled assignment offers and accept or decline based on what fits your schedule. (Once an assignment is accepted, completion of the assignment is expected.)
SITE VISITS: Attend pre-scheduled appointments at multi-family and commercial properties and capture the required property photos.
MOBILE APP DATA ENTRY: Enter basic property details, photo tags, and field notes into our mobile app while on-site.
SUBMISSION: Submit completed photo sets through the app. Our in-house Quality Control (QC) team handles the analysis and final upload to the client's system.
REGIONAL COVERAGE: Travel to property locations across the NYC area (public transportation is fine for NYC; an insured vehicle is needed for surrounding areas).
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE: Background in real estate, property data collection, commercial or multi-family property work, mortgage field work, or construction/draw verification.
ACCURACY & DETAIL: Strong attention to detail when capturing photos and entering on-site notes.
INDEPENDENCE & RELIABILITY: Able to work independently, communicate clearly in writing, and meet deadlines.
TRANSPORTATION & TECH: A smartphone to use our mobile app, plus reliable transportation (NYC public transportation, or an insured vehicle if driving).
BACKGROUND CHECK: Willingness to complete a background check.
INSURANCE: General Liability (GL) and Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance — or willingness to obtain.
