About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Full Stack Software Engineer to join our innovative team at CMM. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI-powered solutions that enhance our healthcare products and services. You will work across the full stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end AI model integration and data pipelines. Your work will directly contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI applications that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating scalable, efficient, and innovative AI solutions, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Software development.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in developing AI-enhanced applications using LLMs, voice, image, or speech models.
B.S. degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Python and AI-related libraries such as openai, tensorflow, pytorch.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Proficiency in creating Node.js web applications (e.g., Express.js).
Experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of AI system evaluation, optimization, and MLOps practices.
Knowledge of RAG development, vector databases, and context-aware LLM applications.
Deep understanding of LLM advancements and cost management strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Healthcare domain expertise and ability to translate clinical/business needs into AI solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver AI-driven enterprise quality software applications.
Build scalable applications integrating Large Language Models and other AI tools such as voice recognition, document parsing, image parsing, text-to-speech, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems into existing and new codebases.
Design and optimize data pipelines and datasets to support AI system development and testing.
Communicate complex AI concepts, including LLMs and vector databases, effectively to non-technical audiences.
Iteratively craft effective prompts to maximize LLM performance and implement prompt caching strategies.
Maintain prompt libraries and benchmark model performance regularly.
Fine-tune and serve GPT-family models, Llama, and other AI models to meet project requirements.
Develop AI agents using Semantic Kernel and prototype co-pilot experiences and autonomous workflows.
Document all work thoroughly at both the code and application levels to ensure clarity and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders on large-scale projects.
Continuously learn and adapt to evolving AI technologies and industry best practices.
