Role Description The Branch Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut, responsible for supporting day-to-day branch operations and service delivery. The role involves handling policy servicing requests, processing documentation, and ensuring adherence to operational and regulatory guidelines. The individual will coordinate with sales teams, partner bank staff, and internal departments to enable smooth onboarding of customers and timely resolution of service issues. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, monitoring turnaround times, handling customer queries at the branch, and supporting audits and compliance checks. The Branch Operations Executive is expected to contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle branch processes, documentation, and workflow coordination.
Solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, track branch performance metrics, and support reporting requirements.
Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with customers, branch staff, and internal teams in a professional manner.
Knowledge of insurance or financial services operations, including basic understanding of life insurance products and regulatory guidelines, is preferred.
Ability to work with MS Office tools and branch-level systems for data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field; relevant experience in branch operations or customer service in BFSI is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting timelines and quality standards.
