Guest Experience & Sales Manager – Alibaug
Company: Entartica SeaWorld
Location: Alibaug, Maharashtra
Department: Sales & Hospitality
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Reporting To: Business Head / Head of Sales & Operations
About the Role
Entartica SeaWorld is developing a premium watersports and leisure experience in Alibaug with a strong focus on premium watersports, hospitality, guest experience, events and experiential entertainment.
We are looking for a Guest Experience & Sales Manager who can take complete ownership of the customer journey at the site — from greeting the guest and explaining experiences to generating sales, coordinating activities, managing hospitality, training the team and developing strong local business relationships.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, presentable, commercially driven and comfortable interacting directly with premium customers, hotel guests, families, corporate groups, event planners and travel partners.

Amusement parks
Event management
Experience centres
Club management
Travel & tourism
Premium retail/customer experience
Experience in Alibaug, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Panvel or the luxury hospitality/event ecosystem will be an advantage.
