Strategy & Operations Associate to join our growing team.
This isn't a traditional administrative role. You'll work alongside senior leaders across business strategy, commercial consulting, pricing, AI products, talent solutions, and growth marketing.
You'll turn complex information into executive-ready presentations, research companies and industries, coordinate strategic initiatives, and use AI to make business operations smarter and more efficient. We're looking for someone who combines the analytical thinking of a consultant, the execution discipline of a project manager, and the curiosity of someone who wants to build a business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
📊 Executive Research & Strategic Analysis
Research companies, industries, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
Analyze complex information and translate findings into actionable insights.
Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, strategic briefs, and leadership reports.
Turn lengthy documents, meeting transcripts, and research into concise, compelling business stories.
🎯 Strategic Initiatives & Business Operations
Support senior leadership on cross-functional business priorities.
Coordinate initiatives spanning commercial consulting, pricing, talent solutions, AI, and marketing.
Maintain project trackers, milestones, action items, and executive dashboards.
Prepare leadership meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up communications.
Ensure commitments have clear owners, deadlines, and documented outcomes.
🤖 AI, Automation & Operational Excellence
Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms to accelerate research, analysis, and content creation.
Identify repetitive workflows that can be automated.
Build practical AI-assisted processes that improve productivity and execution.
Use sound judgment to validate AI outputs for accuracy and quality.
📈 Executive Communication & Project Ownership
Work with senior leaders to turn ambiguous requests into structured deliverables.
Communicate progress, risks, and deadlines proactively.
Develop professional presentations, summaries, reports, and internal communications.
Own assigned deliverables from initial request through completion.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications
✅ Recent graduate or early-career professional with strong academic or practical accomplishments.
✅ Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
✅ Strong PowerPoint presentation and business storytelling abilities.
✅ Ability to research unfamiliar topics, synthesize information, and develop logical recommendations.
✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
✅ At least one year of practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
✅ Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
✅ Comfortable communicating with senior leadership and following through on commitments.
✅ Availability to work primarily US business hours from India.
Preferred Background
Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related disciplines.
Exposure to business strategy, consulting, program management, business operations, or research.
Experience developing professional PowerPoint presentations or executive reports.
Familiarity with project management platforms, spreadsheets, and automation tools.
Interest in a future career in strategy, operations leadership, or a business management function.
