Company Description Haveli Dharampura is an award-winning heritage property in Old Delhi, recognized with the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Award for Cultural Restoration in 2017. Originally a 19th-century residence, it has been thoughtfully conserved and transformed into a luxe boutique hotel and restaurant. The haveli features 26 guest rooms, each named after historic gates or markets of Old Delhi, creating a distinctive and immersive stay experience. Its signature restaurant, Lakhori, showcases traditional Lakhori bricks from the Mughal period, highlighted through carefully exposed wall sections. Role Description The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing all reservation activities for the boutique hotel, ensuring accurate, efficient, and guest-focused booking processes. This full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area includes managing room inventory, responding to reservation inquiries, and confirming bookings via phone, email, and online channels. The role involves coordinating with front office and sales teams to maximize occupancy, optimize revenue, and ensure seamless guest experiences from pre-arrival to check-out. The Reservations Manager will handle guest requests and changes, maintain reservation records, and monitor booking trends and reports. Additional responsibilities include training team members on reservation procedures, upholding service standards, and supporting promotional offers and packages.
Qualifications
Strong reservations and booking management skills, including experience with hotel reservation systems and channel managers.
Excellent customer service and guest relations skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests and internal teams.
Sales skills to support upselling, cross-selling, and revenue optimization initiatives.
Training and team coordination skills to guide staff on reservations processes and service standards.
Previous experience in hotel or boutique hospitality environments, ideally in a reservations or front office leadership role.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Comfort with technology, including PMS, CRM, and online booking platforms; proficiency in MS Office tools.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility to support peak business hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
