Role Description This full-time Planning Engineer role is based on-site at the Head Office in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. The Planning Engineer will develop and maintain project and production plans, schedules, and resource allocation models to support operational efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring progress against plans, analyzing variances, preparing reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of activities. The role involves supporting project control processes, identifying risks and bottlenecks, and recommending corrective actions. The Planning Engineer will also participate in review meetings, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills for creating and managing effective schedules and resource plans.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control abilities to track performance, interpret data, and support timely decision-making.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and present planning updates.
Relevant experience in engineering, operations, or project management environments is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Proficiency in planning and scheduling software (such as MS Excel, MS Project, or similar tools) is an advantage.
Ability to work systematically, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in an on-site office environment.
