AGM - AMC

Hykon India Ltd manufactures and distributes power electronics, solar systems, lithium batteries, hybrid inverters, E-Auto and energy storage products, headquartered at KINFRA Park, Kakkanad, Kochi.
Role details
Experience: 5–10 years in B2B, institutional or service-contract business development in the electronics industry (inverters, UPS, solar, batteries or power electronics)
Qualification: MBA / Engineering Reports to: GM – Service Role: Owns AMC revenue for Hykon — new contracts, renewals and collections.
Key responsibilities
Build the AMC pipeline from warranty-expiry customers, installed solar plants and the existing customer base Target institutional buyers: hospitals, schools, banks, apartments, offices and industries
Drive renewals at least 60 days before expiry; no contract lapses unnoticed
Prepare AMC proposals and pricing using cost inputs from the service team, keeping every deal above margin floor
Set up dealers and distributors to offer AMC with every product purchase
Collect AMC payments within the agreed credit cycle
Hand over every signed contract to the service team with site details and PM schedule
Skills required
Proposal, quotation and contract handling
CRM pipeline discipline: lead → proposal → order → billing
Working knowledge of Excel; basic understanding of solar and power products is a plus
Willingness to travel across territories; two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid licence
Salary : 10 L - 13 L Per annum
