About the Role
LoansJagat is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer follow-ups.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals and other channels.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Support offer rollouts, salary discussions, joining formalities and follow-ups with selected candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of assigned positions.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; an MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
Strong sourcing, screening, communication and negotiation skills.
Good coordination, follow-up and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
