Social Media Marketing Intern

Cura is your own travel agent. You tell us the trip, we plan it, book it, and fix it if something breaks. We're live in Bengaluru and San Francisco, and we're a small team that ships fast.
We're hiring 2 Social Media Content Creators. You'll turn our trips and guides into posts people actually save, and be a face of Cura on camera, explaining trips the way a well-travelled friend would.
What you'll do
- Turn our blogs and real trips into carousels, static posts and reels for Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Come on camera: short talking-head and on-location videos on trip plans, money hacks, visa tips and travel stories
- Write hooks, scripts and captions that stop the scroll
- Shoot and edit on your phone, with subtitles on every reel
- Make 3 to 4 ad creatives a month from the best performers
What we expect
- 2 posts a day, 5 days a week
- At least 1 of them is you on camera, under 45 seconds
You're a fit if
- You're natural and warm on camera in English. Hindi is a plus
- You're fluent in Canva and CapCut (or similar) and can shoot good video on a phone
- You know why some reels get saved and others get skipped
- You love travel and can explain a trip in 30 seconds
Pay
₹7,000 a month, plus up to ₹2,000 a month in incentives based on reach, views, saves, follower growth and sign-ups from social.
Location
Hybrid. Remote 4 days, 1 day a week in our Bengaluru office.
