Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established nursing protocols and procedures.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting clinical information accurately.
Administer medications and intravenous therapies, adhering to prescribed guidelines and ensuring patient safety.
Implement effective infection control practices to maintain a sterile and safe environment for patients and staff.
Deliver wound care management, ensuring proper dressing techniques and promoting optimal healing.
Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Provide emergency support in critical situations, utilizing Basic Life Support skills to stabilize patients.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Registration Certificate is Mandatory.
