Business Development Associate | Travel & Tourism (B2B)
TheVietnamDMC | Full-Time | On-Site | Delhi
Why this role
Join one of the fastest growing Vietnam DMC and build your career in B2B travel sales. You will work directly with travel agents and tour operators, with real ownership of your targets and earnings.
Your responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads from travel agents and tour operators
Reach prospects through calls, email, and social channels
Present our Vietnam offerings and win new accounts
Follow up on leads and drive conversions
Build long-term partnerships and repeat business
Track your pipeline and deliver against monthly targets
Who should apply
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with cold calling and client handling
Organised, motivated, and goal-driven
Freshers welcome; experienced candidates preferred
Passion for sales, business development, or travel
