Handle export bookings with shipping lines from request to SI, VGM, BL release and sailing confirmation
Coordinate container release, empty pickup, stuffing (factory/CFS), gate-in and cut-off compliance
Prepare and check SI, draft BL, HBL/MBL and other export documents; get them approved before cut-off
Follow up with CHA, CFS, transporters and terminals at JNPT / Mundra / ICDs
Manage roll-overs, transshipment updates and delay communication with customers and overseas agents
Handle DG/HAZ booking requirements (DG declaration, MSDS, carrier approvals) where applicable
Track shipments, share status updates, and keep job files and MIS current in the ERP
Reconcile carrier invoices (freight, THC, BL, detention) against quotes before billing
What we are looking for
2–6 years in export operations with a shipping line, NVOCC or freight forwarder
Working knowledge of carrier booking portals, cut-offs, VGM, Form 13 and BL process
Familiarity with ICEGATE / shipping bill flow is a plus
Clear written English for daily email with carriers, customers and overseas agents
Graduate in any discipline; logistics or shipping certification is a plus
